our conditions it will inevitably clash with the interest of various groups
(kin, clan,
mahallal community of an urban neighbourhood, etc.), for them interests do not, naturally
invariably coincide; instead of a polyphony of individualities (Western Democracy),
contradictions and collisions will emerge between various groups and strata of the
motley and mosaic east.
